Please read these terms carefully before using the Construct Daily platform.
1. What We Are (And What We Aren't)
Construct Daily provides a cloud-based digital ledger designed specifically for Indian construction contractors. We provide the tools to track worker attendance, log vendor bills, and monitor site expenses. We are a calculator and a record-keeper. We are not your accountant, legal advisor, or site manager.
2. Your Responsibility and Liability
Because we only store the numbers you input, we hold absolutely zero legal liability for the accuracy of your financial records. If there is a wage dispute between you and a labourer, or a payment discrepancy with a sub-contractor, Construct Daily cannot be held responsible or act as a mediator. You are solely responsible for verifying the data entered by you or your site supervisors.
3. Account Access and Security
Your business data is private. You must maintain the security of your password and control who you invite to your workspace as a supervisor or manager. Any actions taken under your account are your responsibility.
4. Service Availability
We strive to keep Construct Daily online and lightning-fast at all times, especially during core site operating hours. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We will not be liable for any operational delays caused by internet outages, server maintenance, or issues beyond our control.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use this platform strictly for managing your construction business. You may not reverse-engineer the software, attempt to breach our security, or use the platform to facilitate illegal transactions.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes related to your use of the Construct Daily software (excluding disputes between you and your workforce, as outlined in Section 2) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
