Please read these terms carefully before using the Construct Daily platform.
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Amritansh Khetrapal (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Construct Daily website and application. By subscribing to or using our service, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Description of Service
Construct Daily provides a cloud-based site register and expense management web application designed for Indian construction contractors. Features include worker attendance tracking, wage auto-calculation, vendor ledger management, sub-contractor payment tracking, and report exports.
3. User Accounts
To access the service, you must sign up and create a verified account by providing a business name, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Access to Construct Daily Premium features is billed on an annual subscription basis. The current subscription price is ₹9,999/yr for unlimited active construction sites. Payments are processed via manual invoicing. Subscriptions do not auto-renew; you will be notified to renew before your access expires.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, or exploit any portion of the platform. You may not use the platform for any illegal purpose or to input fraudulent financial transactions. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this clause.
6. Intellectual Property
The platform, including its source code, databases, design, graphics, and trademarks, are owned or licensed by us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the service for your business operations.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of site data, wage calculation disputes with workers, or vendor payment discrepancies.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions and your use of the platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
