We collect information that you directly provide to us when setting up an account and using the platform:

• Account Credentials: Business name, contractor name, email address, mobile number, and password.
• Billing Information: Transaction status, GSTIN, and metadata associated with subscription payments (actual card/bank details are handled directly by the PCI-DSS compliant Payment Gateway).
• Site Records: Names of workers, attendance logs, daily wages, vendor profiles, bill images, and sub-contractor payment logs.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely to provide and improve our service:

• To create and manage your contractor account and organization workspace.
• To calculate worker balances, site expenditures, and generate exportable reports.
• To process subscription payments and renewals securely.
• To send critical account notifications (such as password resets or subscription receipts).
• To provide support and resolve technical queries.

4. Data Security & Storage

Your data is stored securely on cloud database instances (Supabase) using industry-standard 256-bit encryption for data in transit and at rest. We enforce strict database Row Level Security (RLS) policies so that site supervisors and managers can only access the data assigned to their organization. We perform daily automated backups to prevent data loss.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your business data or worker records to third parties. We share information only with trusted third-party sub-processors necessary to run the app: Supabase (database infrastructure) and PhonePe (secure payment gateway processing).

6. Your Data Rights

You retain full ownership of all site records and attendance logs. You can add, edit, soft-delete, or export your data at any time via the dashboard. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated organization data, please write to us at our support email.

7. Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the last updated timestamp.
