1. Our Core Privacy Promise
Construct Daily is built to replace your paper site register. Because you trust us with sensitive financial data, we make one absolute promise: We will never sell, rent, or share your vendor pricing, labourer phone numbers, or site financial ledgers with any third party. Your business data belongs to you.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only what is strictly necessary to run your dashboard:
- Account Credentials: Business name, email address, mobile number, and password.
- Site Records: Names of workers, attendance logs, daily wages, vendor profiles, bill images, and sub-contractor payment logs that you input.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your data solely to make the app work for you:
- To calculate your worker balances, site expenditures, and generate reports.
- To render your dashboard accurately.
- To securely process payments for any future premium subscriptions.
- To debug errors if you report a technical issue.
4. Data Security & Storage
Your data is stored securely on cloud database instances (Supabase) using industry-standard 256-bit encryption. We enforce strict database-level security policies so that your site supervisors can only see the data assigned to them, and no other organization can access your records.
5. Third-Party Sub-Processors
We do not run advertisements, and we do not use marketing trackers inside the dashboard. We only share data with infrastructure providers strictly necessary to keep the app online (e.g., Supabase for database hosting, and secure payment gateways for subscription billing).
6. Account Deletion
You retain full ownership of your records. If you wish to permanently delete your account and wipe all associated organization data from our servers, simply email our support team.
