1. Subscription Pricing
Construct Daily Premium is billed annually at a flat rate of ₹9,999/yr. This fee grants your organization unlimited site registers, supervisor accounts, worker attendance records, and data export access for 12 months.
2. Cancellation Policy
You can choose to cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us directly at admin@constructdaily.com. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your current paid annual billing cycle.
3. Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with our service. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you decide that Construct Daily does not fit your construction workflows, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your payment.
To request a refund, please email us at admin@constructdaily.com with your registered business name, email address, and manual payment reference details.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
Once your refund request is received and verified, we will process it immediately. The refund will be credited back via manual transfer to your bank account within 5–7 working days.
5. Delivery Policy (Software-as-a-Service)
Construct Daily is a web-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application. There is no physical delivery involved.
Upon receipt of manual payment, your organization premium plan will be activated within 2 hours. If you experience any delay, please contact our support team.
